Merit tracks who's actually here. Every mission you complete logs it under your codename. The work matters.. all of it.
Extraction Missions — the marquee. Multi-hour puzzles, the hardest we run. Multiple finishers earn charms.
Scout Missions — the entry point. Two or three steps. First operator to finish takes the charm.
Cell Work — Cell Work is the infrastructure. Showing up at town halls, volunteering at animal shelters, mentoring new operators, keeping the network alive between drops. Any time you spend supporting your community counts, submit it through /volunteer. Cell Ops support? We'll notice.

BASE [ * ] : sold through DCV. Standard inventory, limited runs.
VARIANT [ ** ] : sold through DCV. 1 of 1’s, escalating price. Once gone, gone.
CELL [ ** ] : awarded only on mission completion. Cannot be bought
through DCV.
SET [ *** ]: awarded through missions. Pieces of a whole. Obtain the
full set and unlock bonuses: early mission visibility, ability to
disrupt other teams, access to clues.
Cell Ops charms are rectangular. DCV charms are diamonds.

Mission charms and set piece charms can be turned in for a slab.
SLAB [ **** ] is a metal art piece, to be hung on a wall or displayed.
If high enough rank, it can be customized.
Five charms qualifies you to choose a slab. Four get turned in. One stays with you.
Base and variant charms do not qualify.
